Add each client company, their locations, and staff — individually or in bulk via CSV import.

Set meal schedules
Assign which days and times each person eats, with a configurable grace window around each meal.

Check in at the kiosk
Staff check in by camera-scanning their QR, scanning the kiosk's screen with their phone, or typing a manual code — even offline.
